Shipping Policy


All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or the contact information used at checkout.


Please note that once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued, Foreign Collection is no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier directly for delivery updates or claims.


Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Foreign Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
